Summer 2021 Strength and Conditioning registration open June 1st, 2021!
The St. John’s Prep Strength & Conditioning Department is excited to open up the sign-up process for its summer programming on Tuesday, June 1st. The training will emphasize speed, strength, and power development. All students, regardless of experience or ability, are encouraged to join. We cultivate an environment that allows your athlete to build confidence, make friends and establish a healthy relationship with their personal wellness. It just so happens that they will get leaner, faster, and stronger in the process!
Dates: Monday, June 21st – Thursday, August 12th
Days: Monday – Thursday (HS); M/W or Tu/Th (MS)
Times: 6:30am – 8:00am (HS) or 7:30am – 9:00am (HS); 9:15am – 10:15am (MS); 10:00am-11:30am (College)
· Students attending grades 9-12 in the fall can participate in the high school group (including incoming high school students finishing up Grade 8).
· Students attending grades 6-8 in the fall can participate in the middle school group (including incoming middle school students finishing up Grade 5).
· Historically speaking, these spots fill up quickly! There will be a wait-list for those who just missed signing up for a group.

Drop-off and pick-up specifics will be emailed the week before the program opens. Students must bring/wear cleats, sneakers, a water bottle, and as many masks as they may need. All participants must complete a daily attestation and follow all covid precautions and protocols.
