Take the hassle out of lunch prep, and let the prep make lunch for your camper! Our menu changes daily and there are always a couple of options to choose from ($50/week)! Campers may also bring their own (nut free) lunch and drink to camp.

Sample Menu:

Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9:  Each day, choose one sandwich: Pizza, Chicken Nuggets, Sunbutter and Jelly, Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8: Each day choose one sandwich: Pizza, Cheeseburger, Sunbutter and Grape Jelly Sandwich, Italian Cold Sub with Provolone

All Lunches include the choice of the following: Pasta or Fruit Salad, Whole Fruit, Chips, Chocolate Chip Cookie/Brownie, Chocolate Milk/White Milk/Water

*This summer, we’ll still be providing healthy and hearty bag lunches, delivered daily right where your camper is picnicking. NEW THIS SUMMER- we heard you!  We’ll be offering two hot options per day! The menu will be released closer to camp, but features multiple choices every day- from simple sunbutter and jelly sandwiches to hearty italian or healthy caesar salad chicken wraps.  All lunches come with a side, a fruit, chips and a drink.  Parents are emailed a signup link the week before camp and they choose with their camper what meals they would like.  We have lots of allergy friendly options!

How to Enroll

Click the ENROLL NOW button to start your enrollment process. Once your enrollment is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

If you would like your child grouped with a specific friend, please list their first and last name on the online application. Grouped campers MUST be entering the same grade next fall, be enrolled in the same program, and have the same extended day status. We can only honor ONE MUTUAL friend request per camper.

To maintain a low camper to staff ratio and to ensure a quality experience for your child, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Campers bring a nut-free snack from home, and a refillable water bottle.  Water coolers and refill stations are easily accessible to campers throughout the day.

MyCampApp will be featured this year and we will communicate any announcements, photos, event details, etc through that line of communication. More details will be provided to sign up for this free option!

Take advantage of Federal Child and Dependent Care Credits and Employer Sponsored Tax Benefit Plans when you attend Wheeler Summer. We will provide a statement that you can provide to your financial or tax professional.
