Talented Staff: New team members with extensive camp experience are joining our talented, caring staff this summer! On day one, our staff is ready to encourage camper growth and development, act as role models, foster friendships, and make camp a positive and fun experience.

Our swim program takes advantage of our outdoor and indoor pools! With the guidance of trained instructors and certified Red Cross lifeguards, our swim program is the right fit for everyone, from beginning to advanced swimmers.

Getting Started: Swimmers are tested on the first day of camp to determine their level. Levels change as swimmers progress.

Daily Lessons: Campers at every level receive a daily swim lesson

Free Swim: In addition to lessons, every day includes free swim time. Swimmers can also head to the pool for “camper’s choice” time!


Camp Dates: June 24 to August 16, 2019

Sessions: 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8-week options available

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm

Transportation: Two convenient routes for all Eagles/Edge summer programs. One route stops in Malden, Melrose, Reading, Wakefield, and Lynnfield. A second route stops in Swampscott, Salem, and Beverly. First pick-up on both routes is 8 am for 8:45 am arrival at St. John’s. Buses leave St. John’s at 4:15 pm for drop-off by 5 pm.

What to Bring: Bathing suit, towel, hat, sneakers, sunscreen, water bottle


Tuition: $375/week

Bus Transportation: Offered weekly (only) for an additional fee; provided at a central pick-up spot, near your home or work. You will receive an email by 5 pm on the Wednesday before your child attends camp to notify you of the estimated pick-up and drop off times, as times and stops vary from week to week. Extended day options do not include transportation.

Lunch: Enrollment for lunch is weekly and must be received by the Monday prior to the week your child(ren) attends camp. We are nut free and offer gluten-free options. All main courses served with 1% milk, fresh fruit, and homemade potato chips with a choice of:

  • salad/caesar salad bar
  • chicken tenders
  • mozzarella and provolone cheese pizza
  • cheeseburgers
  • mac and cheese


From athletics to the arts, the 175-acre St. John’s Prep campus in Danvers offers exceptional facilities including field house, two pools, a theater, art studios, labs, turf playing fields and much more.
