Program Overview
The Counselor in Training program (CIT) is a hands-on leadership program designed for high school students looking to gain professional experiences through working with young children and adults. The CIT’s are under the mentorship of a director and lead counselor as they progress through the program. CIT’s will be able to experience, first-hand, the roles and responsibilities of acting as a counselor for campers. Additionally, they will participate in weekly seminars that will serve as a foundation for working in a camp and professional environment.
$200 per week
